SUMMER TIME

Hi all my ladies, its me again with another tips to bright up your day and thought to make you think and hopefully that you can use in your life. but today i’m talking  about a fun thing which we all love, and it is Summer, yes ladies summer, which is fast approaching and which means time to go to the beach, eat lots of ice cream and yes do laundry,lol. so this summer i’m giving some health tips to so that you can enjoy it in the best possible way, well without further due lets get started.

1- drink lots of water, guys and girls this is extremely important as during this period your body gets dehydrated and needs a lot of water to keep going through the day.

2- wear sun protection, anything that can keep your body from the heat damage caused by the sun, so wear heat and sunglasses.

3- wear light clothes, as it will help maintain your body cooler during this time.
