today my group and i managed to finish the work that we were busy for a couple of months, which is working with p/p braiding salon to engage with the owner and create strategies.

SUMMER TIME

Hi all my ladies, its me again with another tips to bright up your day and thought to make you think and hopefully that you can use in your life. but today i’m talking  about a fun thing which we all love, and it is Summer, yes ladies summer, which is fast approaching and which means time to go to the beach, eat lots of ice cream and yes do laundry,lol. so this summer i’m giving some health tips to so that you can enjoy it in the best possible way, well without further due lets get started.

1- drink lots of water, guys and girls this is extremely important as during this period your body gets dehydrated and needs a lot of water to keep going through the day.

2- wear sun protection, anything that can keep your body from the heat damage caused by the sun, so wear heat and sunglasses.

3- wear light clothes, as it will help maintain your body cooler during this time.

well ladies and gents this is just a few of the many tips you can use this summer to make it unforgettable  and a fun one, in mean time if you have any other tip please leave it on my comment section. by for now and have fun:-)

As we grow older we tend to realize a few things about life that we wish we could keep it that way untill the years to came. Like remember the day your father would take you to ride a bike or your mom would do the laundry in your behalf, well today i did my laundry and end up with a rainbow nation in my basket, well needless to say that i miss thoses days.

Hard Work People

Ladies hard working pays it all, well that’s what people say anyway. But in my humble opinion I say it is true. Well today I just got a very exciting call from a IT friend of mine who told me the best news ever….. my website page for my “business” is finally done, eheheheh, well for those of you who are listen for the first time my friend and I are trying to develop a website page for my business for month now well because we don’t seem to agree on most of the thing, but finally after a decade we manage to sit down and finish everything, so now our hard work did pay at all. Thanks channel for that amazing gift. To my entire sister out there, what hard work have you done that was worth it? Vent bellow and please like my facebook page. One love.
